Your hosts at Lot 25 will greet you from 6 pm. The eating experience begins at 6.30 pm and lasts until about 10.30 pm.

Sake & Amuse Bouche
A sweet plum sake and amuse bouche upon arrival.
Dragon Fruit & Mango
Fresh mango sorbet and vibrant dragon fruit coulis on a crumble base.
Trio of Sea Tartar Oshi
Osaka inspired square pressed sushi, pan crisp fried overlaid with contrasting variances of salmon, tuna and mackerel tartar.
Ponzu Salmon Teriyaki
Robata grilled salmon fillet with crispy skin in a teriyaki ponzu shōyu sauce served with ume sushi seasoned donburi and fresh salad.
Robata grilled and glazed meatball skewer formed from minced chicken thigh, accompanied with aged tare jus and shoyuzuke egg yolk.
Layers of light and fluffy matcha tea cream and sponge.
