


THE CHEF
Hailing from the Middle East, Moz Khudairi moved to the UK with his family aged 5 and his childhood was strongly flavoured by food. Learning from his mum, who’d spend days preparing for sumptuous family feasts, he was always interested in cooking, broadening his culinary horizons still further when university took him to London.
Inspired by his travels in Japan and a lifelong love of cooking, Moz quit a corporate career to launch his own street food enterprise naming it 'Oreno', Japanese for ‘my’, it showcases his take on classic kushiyaki.
