Japanese for ‘my’, Oreno specialises in kushiyaki and robatayaki, cooking food over hot binchotan charcoal.
Our menu offerings include:
Kushiyaki - Grilled skewers on open charcoal fire.
Robatayaki - Seasoned meat and vegetables cooked on a griddle over charcoal fire.
Sushi - Various stylings of sashimi, rolls, nigiri, maki with Oreno signature rice seasoning.
Poke Bowl - Vegetable topped seasoned sushi rice accompanying our kushiyaki, robatayaki and sushi.
All our food and seasoning is made from scratch and assembled by hand.
Inspired by his travels in Japan and a lifelong love of cooking, Cambridge’s Moz Khudairi quit a corporate career to launch Oreno.
