ABOUT ORENO

Inspired by his travels in Japan and a lifelong love of cooking, Cambridge’s Moz Khudairi quit a corporate career to launch Oreno, Japanese for ‘my’, it showcases his take on classic kushiyaki - marinated meat and/or veg speared on bamboo sticks, cooked on binchotan charcoal grill. 

The core menu will include skewers of chicken and spring onion; beef, pork; bacon-wrapped asparagus; king oyster mushrooms and caramelised sweet potato, all served with salad, or as a donburi bowl with sticky rice. Optional-extra sauces, such as wasabi or sweet miso mayonnaise.
