ABOUT ORENO

Inspired by his travels in Japan and a lifelong love of cooking, Cambridge’s Moz Khudairi quit a corporate career to launch Oreno, Japanese for ‘my’, it showcases his take on robata grilling using binchotan charcoal

 

The menu includes marinated meats and/or vegetables, kushiyaki (grilled skewers), and sushi using the freshest ingredients. 

His food philosophy is simple - keep it authentic, healthy and fresh. This has allowed the menu to evolve into a gourmet eating experience nothing ever seen before.
